By booking, accessing, or availing any consultation service, whether through phone, video call, written report, or any other medium, the client expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all applicable policies including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policies.

All consultancy services offered by the Company are based on interpretative analysis of planetary positions and established astrological principles, including proprietary methodologies developed by the Company. The client expressly acknowledges and agrees that astrology is a guidance-based and belief-oriented system and does not constitute an exact science. The services provided are advisory in nature only and shall not be construed as a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or investment advice.

The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or outcome of any consultation, prediction, or guidance provided. All interpretations are subjective and may vary based on multiple factors. The client expressly agrees that any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the consultation are taken entirely at their own discretion and risk, and the Company shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever.

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete birth details, including date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, as well as any other information requested for the purpose of analysis. The Company shall not be responsible for any incorrect analysis, interpretation, or outcome resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

All consultancy services must be booked with full advance payment. A consultation shall be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Consultations shall be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking, and may be conducted via phone call, video call, or written report, as applicable.

All payments made for consultancy services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except in rare cases where the service is not delivered at all due to reasons solely attributable to the Company. No request for cancellation, refund, partial refund, adjustment, or transfer of fees shall be entertained for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, personal issues, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend the session.

Rescheduling of a consultation may be permitted only if the client provides at least twenty-four (24) hours' prior notice, and such rescheduling shall be subject to availability at the sole discretion of the Company. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice shall be treated as a missed appointment, and no refund or rescheduling shall be granted in such cases.

All personal information shared by the client during the course of consultation shall be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. However, the Company reserves the right to use anonymized and non-identifiable data for internal research, training, and service improvement purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the consultation. The total liability of the Company, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific consultation service.

By booking or availing any consultancy service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms stated herein, without any coercion, and that they accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions based on the consultation provided.

These Astrological Course Terms & Conditions govern the enrolment, access, participation, and completion of all astrology-related courses offered through the website www.astrokama.com under the brand Modern Astrology, a unit of Krishnamurti Academy of Modern Astrology and Spiritual Development. By enrolling in any course, making payment, or accessing any course-related material or session, the student expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Enrolment in any course shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable admission fee and/or course fee. All fees paid towards any course are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with course content, teaching methodology, inability to attend sessions, personal reasons, or change of decision.

The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, update, restructure, or discontinue any aspect of the course, including but not limited to syllabus, content, duration, schedule, delivery format (online or offline), faculty, or teaching methods, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such modifications shall not entitle the student to any refund, compensation, or claim of any nature.

All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, recordings, notes, PDFs, and any other educational content, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957. These materials are provided strictly for personal use by the enrolled student and shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or commercially exploited in any form.

The Company may structure its courses under different levels or designations such as Diploma in KP Astrology, Bachelor in KP Astrology, Master in KP Astrology, and Fellowship in KP Astrology. The student expressly acknowledges that all such designations are internal classifications and do not represent formal academic degrees or qualifications recognized by any university or statutory authority.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student may be issued a certificate by the Company. The student expressly acknowledges that such certificate is a private certification issued solely by the institute and is not recognized, approved, or accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or by any university, government authority, or statutory body in India or elsewhere.

The Company does not award or claim to award any officially recognized academic titles. While certain traditional titles such as "Shastri", "Acharya", or similar nomenclature may be used within the institute, the student is expressly advised that such titles are not issued under any recognized university system and should not be used as legally valid academic or professional qualifications.

The student further acknowledges that for purposes such as taxation, banking, financial documentation, or any legal or government-related processes, they shall rely only on their officially registered identity documents including PAN card and other government-issued identification.

Students are free to discontinue the course at any time; however, such discontinuation shall not entitle them to any refund, adjustment, or transfer of fees. Students are required to maintain proper conduct and respectful behaviour throughout. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without any refund.

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, success, professional achievement, or income as a result of completing the course. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal.

These Terms & Conditions govern all opportunities, benefits, and permissions granted by the Company to students in relation to post-course membership, professional development support, and chamber practice facilities under the brand Modern Astrology. By applying for, accepting, or availing any such membership or related opportunity, the student expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Upon completion of any course offered by the Company, a student may become eligible to apply for a paid membership program. However, such membership is not automatic and shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership application without providing any reason whatsoever.

Membership shall be valid for a limited duration, typically on a yearly basis, and the applicable membership fee shall be determined solely by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify membership fees, structure, benefits, or conditions at any time without prior notice. Such fees shall be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including termination, suspension, or voluntary discontinuation.

Members may, at the discretion of the Company, be granted access to additional learning opportunities including participation in multiple batches of astrology classes, both online and offline. However, such access shall be limited strictly to astrology-related courses only and shall not extend to offerings such as puja training, kavacha preparation, reiki, or any other non-astrology courses unless explicitly permitted.

The Company may provide general guidance and advisory support to members in relation to professional development. However, the student expressly acknowledges that such guidance is purely advisory in nature. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, business outcomes, financial investments, or operational matters undertaken by the student.

Members may be allowed to create promotional video content using the Company's facilities, subject to prior approval. While basic infrastructure such as lighting and recording equipment may be provided, any services relating to video editing, processing, or post-production shall be chargeable at rates determined by the Company.

Subject to active membership status and approval, a member may be permitted to conduct client consultations from the Company's premises. Such permission is conditional, non-transferable, and revocable at any time. The Company reserves the right to impose a per-client service fee or usage charge at its sole discretion and shall not be responsible for generating clients or guaranteeing professional success.

Membership and all associated privileges are strictly conditional upon the member maintaining appropriate conduct and professional behavior. In the event of any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or reputational harm, the Company reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate the membership with immediate effect and without prior notice.

In the event of termination, suspension, or cancellation of membership for any reason, no refund of membership fees shall be provided under any circumstances. The Company further reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any membership benefit at any time without prior notice.

By opting for membership or availing any related opportunity, the student confirms that they fully understand that all such benefits are optional, discretionary, and conditional, and that they agree to abide by all rules and decisions of the Company without dispute.
